The Donor Financial Statement is perfect for sending donors a record of their giving. While not suitable for tax purposes, it is branded and formatted and you can select specific campaigns, timeframes, and giving designations or include all giving for a single donor or a group of donors. 

In Advancement Performance (AP), go to UVA Public > Giving folder, then 

1. Click "Donor Financial Statement" to open the report selection page. 
2. Select your desired report format.
3. Enter your report selection criteria. You can select a Clipboard List or enter a single or group of Advance Entity ID numbers in the 10-digit format.
4. Scroll to the bottom, then click the Finish button.
