How do I request a ThankView account?

You can request a ThankView account by submitting a Help Desk ticket at http://services.advancement.virginia.edu/support/tickets/new. Once your account is created, you will receive an email from info@thankview.com with a link to set up your ThankView account password. The message also contains a link to the UVA ThankView portal.

If you don't already have one, you will also receive an email to establish an EverTrue account. EverTrue is the best way to determine which constituents have previously received recent ThankView messages.
