How to View the Deceased List On-Demand
The Deceased Report contains basic information on individuals marked "Deceased" in Advance. Follow these step-by-step instructions to run the report:
- Login to the Advancement Performance production environment using your NetBadge username and password. Please open a ticket with the Advancement Help Desk if you do not have an AP or account or have trouble with your login.
- Click on Public Folders UVa Public > Biographic > Deceased Report.
- Input the number of days back or the date range for the data you want to receive.
- Click the Finish button at the bottom to run the report.
- The report will automatically download as an Excel file.
- Save the report to your desired location.
