How to View the Deceased List On-Demand

The Deceased Report contains basic information on individuals marked "Deceased" in Advance. Follow these step-by-step instructions to run the report:

  1. Login to the Advancement Performance production environment using your NetBadge username and password. Please open a ticket with the Advancement Help Desk if you do not have an AP or account or have trouble with your login.
  2. Click on Public Folders UVa Public >  Biographic > Deceased Report.
  3. Input the number of days back or the date range for the data you want to receive.
  4. Click the Finish button at the bottom to run the report.
  5. The report will automatically download as an Excel file.
  6. Save the report to your desired location.
