How to Look Up Volunteer NDA Entries

Use the Notes Lookup (Prospect Tracking > Notes) to verify a volunteer has a current non-disclosure agreement recorded in Advance.

To locate an NDA entry for an individual:

Open the Advance record for the person for which you'd like to check the NDA status.
On the Page Tree, click Prospect Tracking, then Notes.
On the Entity Notes form, look for an entry where the Description is "Volunteer NDA" and the associated Date entry occurs during the current fiscal year.
