Upload Contacts

  1. Navigate to Organization
  2. Select Group within the Organization
  3. Select Contacts
  4. Select “Add Contacts”
  5. Select “Choose a CSV file” and select the file you would like to upload from your file dialog box
  6. In the column select you must select EverTrueintegration [evertrue]: remoteId on the column that has your AdvanceID
  7.  Please match all columns with the proper labels matching the data in the column. 
  8. Make sure all of the headers are assigned correctly and make sure the tag for the department is selected as assigned and click “Import Contacts”
  9. Your contacts will now be uploaded/updated in the system
