Upload Contacts

- Navigate to Organization
- Select Group within the Organization
- Select Contacts
- Select “Add Contacts”
- Select “Choose a CSV file” and select the file you would like to upload from your file dialog box
- In the column select you must select EverTrueintegration [evertrue]: remoteId on the column that has your AdvanceID
- leading zeros must be included: Excel: How to add leading zeros | Knowledge Base | Advancement Services (virginia.edu)
- IF YOU DO NOT UPLOAD AN ADVANCEID YOUR CONTACTS WILL NOT HAVE INTERACTIONS LISTED IN EVERTRUE
- Please match all columns with the proper labels matching the data in the column.
- Make sure all of the headers are assigned correctly and make sure the tag for the department is selected as assigned and click “Import Contacts”
- Your contacts will now be uploaded/updated in the system
