Entity Lookup Dashboard You can use the Entity Lookup Dashboard to search for any active entity (person or organization) by name or ID number. The results will include the prospect strategy, contact reports, pipeline proposal details, strategy notes, open tasks, and lifetime giving for the selected entity. Type an entity name in the format: surname, first name or enter an Advance ID number. Once you have entered one name or Advance ID you can hit the Enter key and a list of suggestions will appear. Here you can choose the entity you want to see by checking the relevant box. To remove an entity from the search you can place your cursor to the right of the name where an ‘X’ will appear as shown below. Click this to remove the entity and start over. Results Portfolio Analysis and DO Scorecard Related Changes The Portfolio Analysis and DO Scorecard dashboard has changed slightly. Previously when you clicked on an entity in the list of prospects you were taken to the ‘Prospect Details’ tab within the dashboard. Now when you click on an entity it will open in a new browser tab and display the prospect details in the new Entity Lookup dashboard.
